You’ve Spent Years Trying to Fit In

Therapy for autistic and AuDHD women who are ready to honor their needs and feel more at home in who they are.

You may have spent years learning how to adapt, mask, or hide the parts of yourself that seemed different from those around you. Over time, this can make it difficult to know what you genuinely need, feel, or want. You want to love who you are when you take off the mask.

We might be a good fit if…

  • You were late diagnosed or identify with the struggles commonly discussed within the autistic community

  • You often feel misunderstood, even when you're trying hard to communicate clearly.

  • You've spent years masking or adapting to fit in.

  • You tend to put other people's needs before your own.

  • You replay conversations and wonder if you said or did something wrong.

  • You struggle to know what you actually need because you're so accustomed to accommodating everyone else.

  • You feel too sensitive, too intense, or somehow different from those around you.

  • You're exhausted from trying to keep up with expectations that don't seem difficult for everyone else.

  • You're beginning to wonder what life could feel like if you didn't have to work so hard to be acceptable.

  • You feel your self esteem or self worth has been impacted by negativity around your organization, communication, and emotional regulation patterns.

We work together so you may…

Feel more free to show up as your whole self

From Masking to

Being Yourself

Through our work together, you don't change who you are:

You become more free to be you!

How We Work Together

I use EMDR therapy, which is a specialized therapy that helps people move past whatever is blocking them or holding them back from feeling more confident, secure, or connected. I also integrate parts work, somatic awareness, and mindfulness when supportive. Sessions are personalized according to your needs, and together, we work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

A Therapist Who Meets You Where You Are

Therapy is a space where you and your uniqueness is honored and respected.

Clients say that therapy with me is different than working with other therapists because I seek to understand their experiences. I also use my own lived experiences to deepen empathy and understanding. Your not alone.

I have a passion for helping autistic women feel safe enough to take off their masks and bring themselves more fully into the world.
